device does not work anymore

only the red LED works

Responds to the device on the remote control and have you once completely disconnected from the power ?

yes i can power one and power off over remote control and Power button on the device , the display i see nothing and disconnected from the power more times

I think the same issue was happen once in past and it was power supply malfunction. Please check other power supply and give feedback.

sorry no chance i have user 2 other power supply don't work ,i see only the RED led on/off more not

If your display shows nothing and the box doesn`t boot or show any picture, then is something damaged and need to be repaired.

Please contact your seller for warranty.

the 2 years have passed no warranty ! There are spare parts to get ?
